Mì-Mì Labs runs this site and decides how the information on this page is used (the data controller).

When you ask us to keep you posted about a film: your email address, the country you tell us you are watching from, the time you signed up, the version of the wording you agreed to, and which partner link (if any) brought you here. Each time you sign up is recorded separately, with its own time, country and wording version.

We use the country your connection appears to come from only to preselect a country in the form, and we do not store it.

Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are human, and a hashed form of it is used to limit repeated attempts. We do not store it.

We do not collect your name, and we never use your email address to identify you on the site.

To email you about the film you signed up for: when and where you can watch it. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

We do not sell your information and do not share it with the film’s partners unless the wording you agreed to names them.

Cloudflare runs our servers, database, storage, email and bot protection (Workers, D1, R2, Email and Turnstile). Your information is stored in the United States.

We keep your email address while you are subscribed. We keep the record of what you agreed to, and when, for as long as you are subscribed plus 36 months, so we can show that we had your consent.

mm_cap records that you've signed up, so we don't ask again, for 180 days. It also lets you see anything on the site reserved for people who have signed up for that film. mm_via remembers which partner link brought you here for 30 days. Both are set only after you use the form or follow a partner link, and neither is used for advertising.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@themimiproject.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) in Spain.
